I want to know who is staying in room 505?

  • Not possible at the moment.

Where and how to keep track the room status (occupied, dirty, vacant, etc)?

  • Not possible at the moment.

Can I key in 30 nights in a booking?

  • The system restrict the maximum of nights to 10 and not able to handle if more than 10 nights.

How to undo check-in, check-out, cancellation or no-show?

  • The "undo check-in" option will appear after you have checked in the guest. This can be done by calling out the booking details and click "Undo" option.

How to include breakfast, lunch, dinner?

  • Not possible at the moment.

I want to email the confirmation and charges to the guest?

  • Yes. Open the booking details and click "Email" option.
  • Note: the booking must be saved first and then you will see the email option.

How to search booking history?

  • For regular guests, open their guest profile and click "History" button.
  • For walk-in guests, it's not possible at the moment. The only way is to view the reservation list for the selected day.

I want to know which room is he staying?

  • Not possible at the moment.

I want to know daily occupancy for the given month

  • Currently, you can generate 7 days Occupancy report.

Is the app able to print the guest who has paid for the breakfast?

  • Not possible at the moment.

Can I change the room charges?

  • In the current version, the app is able to keep track nett charges only (i.e., it does not able to handle tax). It is not able to handle multiple pricing such as the room charges for high peak and low peak period.

Does it able to handle redeem voucher/coupon?

  • Not possible at the moment.

Does it able to handle no-show charge?

  • Not possible at the moment.

Does it able to handle the charge for extra bed?

  • Not possible at the moment.
