Bookings report
  • This report shows the bookings for the selected date.
  • There are two ways to access this report:
    • Choose Menu, tap on the Reports and then Bookings.
    • On the Calendar screen, tap on the date that you want and the bookings will appear on the screen. Tap on the three vertical dots icon (located at the top right corner) and choose Bookings.
  • The cancelled and no-show booking will not appear in this report.


The purpose of this report

  • With this report, you will be able to find out the room revenue for the given date.
  • You may arrange for the housekeeper to clean the room to be check-in.
  • From this report, you will be able to find out the number of bookings that have been cancelled and no-show.
