Migrated 2 iOS apps to web based app

Summary

We have migrated 2 iOS apps (PMS and Roster) to web based app. This newer version is capable to run from any device or computer.

No hardware and OS restriction as long as you have the latest version of Internet browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
