The technology is advancing in every 5 to 8 years and we are still following up on the advancement year after year. The contents in this video

In this video, there are two roles: "you" are our client and "we" are the programmer. Let's work together on the customized system.

1. You send us the mockup screens.
2. We develop the software.
3. And then install the software on a server.
4. You help to test the system and verify if the system is working as per your expectation. Shares your feedback with us and we will fine tune the system.
5. After a few rounds of test, the software system goes online.
6. The operations will be turning from GOOD to BETTER..
7. .. with more organized data..
8. .. with more time to achieve more goals.
9. And reach a state that everybody win - client happy, staff happy and boss happy.

The benefits with this approach

From our experience, this approach allows us to deliver a solution that can easily match at least 90% on our client expectation. On the other hand, we will recommend our client on developing a solution that is expandible and future proof while ensuring that it is cost effective.

What we have done differently

We are asking our client to provide some mockup screens that is helpful in ensuring the successful deliverable in fact this avoids confusing descriptive text or verbal communication. On the other hand, our client requires to involve in some basic testing in ensuring the input and output is what they are expecting. Our approach cuts down the unnecessary and vague communication.
